Returns & Exchanges
Due to our clothing being made to order for your exact sizing, we do not offer returns. It can be very hard to resell a piece that was custom made.
If your product is damaged or doesn't fit right, we are always happy to alter or repair your piece. There is no charge for alterations, just pay the shipping to get it back to us. If you have further concerns with your order you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can figure out a solution for a Flote piece that you’re happy with. Please email within 1 week of receiving the product.
