Returns & Exchanges

Firstly, please review the size chart before ordering any pieces. We recommend measuring yourself before selecting your size so you can get the perfect fit. See our sizing page to view complete instructions. 

 

Please reach out to us via email at leah.flote@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving your order if you are unhappy with your Flote Apparel garments. We want you to be in love with your pieces! 

 

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, pieces can be exchanged for a garment of equal or lesser value. We do our best to provide thorough and accurate sizing so you can know exactly what to expect from your pieces. Most pieces are made to order, for YOU specifically unless otherwise specified as a “ready to wear” item. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, however we can provide you with a shipping label if needed. 

 

Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way.
